This e-mail is to give notice of Brisbane Sub Aqua Club's Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2021
The AGM has the primary purposes of the receipt of reports, consideration of accounts, approval of bank account and election of Officers.
Date: Tuesday, 3 August 2021
Time: 6.45 arrival for 7.00 pm start
Venue: Toowong Library meeting room.
Call for Nominations
Financial members may nominate for election as Principal Club Officers or Additional Voting Members of the committee. You are invited and encouraged to nominate. Please contact Richard Hallett as Chairman or me as Secretary by e-mail or telephone if you wish to nominate.
Motions
If you want to move a motion for consideration at the AGM it needs to be received by me (Secretary) by 30 July 2021 at the latest. Please send motions in writing, proposed and duly seconded by a financial member.
Voting
Only financial members of BSAC and the branch may vote. Members may vote by proxy if they are unable to attend. Please contact me if you require a proxy, and I will provide you with a suitable template.
Financial Statement
A copy of the audited financial statement for 2020/2021 is attached.
RSVP
The club will be providing pizza and softdrinks. Please let us know of any dietry requirements and preferences of softdrinks so we can avoid buying unwanted food and drink.
