A club pool day that is free to members.

Theme: This pool day will concentrate on the rescue element of BSAC training.  Skills such as controlled buoyant lift, rescue breaths, tow and alternate air source ascent will be practiced.  We will follow this rescue pool day with an Open Water Dive to the Tweed river on 9 December. The Ocean Diver trainees will be having their final pool lesson at the same time.

Time: Please arrive at 8:00 to allow plenty of time to drop kit off, park your cars and have a dive briefing for the morning. The pool is only available to us for 1.5 hours, we must make the most of this 1.5 hours.
