6pm Meet for dinner at Grilled (Toowong Village) feel free to get take way and bring your dinner to the meeting as we need to start the talk on time.

7pm - talk by Toni Massey (approx 45 mins plus questions)
8pm - Club Meeting

VIP - Toowong Village has changed the parking conditions, you now get only 3 hours free no matter what time you enter or leave, 365 days a year. 3.5 hours = $4.00, etc

Talk by Toni Massey about AIMA/NAS Course & Brisbane BSAC Underwater Archaeology Projects, followed by Club meeting

Brisbane BSAC has an opportunity for qualified divers to get the internationally recognised AIMA/NAS Underwater Archaeology qualification which will give you the skills to perform surveys and photogrammetry on historic shipwrecks . The skills you can gain will be satisfying in supporting Archaeologists understand and record historic shipwrecks for the good of all in Queensland and opens up more interest in the fun of diving by diving with a purpose in our local area.

Costs for 2-day course and activities will be kept to a minimum as this is a non-profit project.

This is a great opportunity for members and the committee encourages all members to consider joining us in supporting & preserving our maritime heritage. If you are interested in the qualification AIMA/NAS and completing the course please let Tom know (chairman@brisbane-bsac.com).
