Double boat dive with Blue Bay Divers, Saturday 21 April 2018.

Diver grades: This dive is suitable for all diver grades.There are eight spots available as two spots have already been taken by members of the public.

Meeting point: Brunswick Heads Boat Harbour, Brunswick Heads, NSW.

Training: Any training requirements will be dependent on the availability of instructors on the day. Please let me know in advance if you have training items that you would like to complete so I can link you up with any instructors that may be on the trip.

Equipment: Usual dive equipment including SMB, knife/ line cutter, whistle and snorkel.

Rental equipment is available from Blue Bay Divers if required at an extra cost. Please let them know if any rental gear (including tanks) is required prior to the trip.

Other Stuff: Depending on the weather forecast bring appropriate wet weather or sun protection gear.

The Fishermans Co-op building is being renovated so Blue Bay have portaloos available near the car park.

Bring sea sickness medication if you are susceptible.

Hot drinks and snacks will be provided for the surface interval. We can go to Hotel Brunswick or a local cafe for a late lunch after the trip.

Costs: If you bring all of your own gear the cost will be $100 per person for 2 dives. Tank hire from Blue Bay is $20 for two tanks with air fills.

Once you have registered for the event on the website please contact Blue Bay Divers with your credit card details to confirm your place. I will not be taking deposits for this trip. If you pull out of the trip after you have paid it is up to you to find a suitable replacement. Costs will not be taken if the trip is cancelled.

Travel: Drive time will be approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from Brisbane. If required we can arrange car pooling. Please let me know when you will be travelling down and how many people (plus dive kit) you think you can fit in your car.

The meeting time will be 7:45am. As NSW and Queensland will be on the same time from 1 April it will not be quite as early a start as it has been so far this year. Woo hoo!
