We are running another oxygen administration course. This can be done as a formal Skill Development Course, as part of the Dive Leader course or just as a refresher for important first aid skills. It is open to all level of diver as this is a vital skill for all divers as the administration of oxygen is a way of increasing the effectiveness of first aid treatment for diving accidents. Being competent in its use gives you the confidence to treat a diving-related injury either on a boat or on dry land. Note: This is course will not give you an official Queensland/Australian O2 admin qualification.

Preference will be given to those who need the course for dive leader, or those who have not done the course before (or those who have not had a refresher for a long time).

The course includes a mixture of lectures and practical work, and will familiarise you with the Club's O2 equipment.

We can offer this as an official Skill Development Course. Dive Leaders and DL trainees you do not have to do this as an SDC as it's incorporated in the course. Others go to this page, go to Oxygen Administration and select either the digital or hard copy pack. Digital pack costs £32.50.
