A club pool session that is free for members.

Theme: Buoyancy and Trim (please confirm if you are interested in participating in the theme)

Time: Please arrive at 11:00 to allow plenty of time to drop kit off, park your cars and have a dive briefing for the session. The pool is only booked to us for 1.5 hours from 12:00pm until 1:30pm so we must make the most of this time.

*Change of location*: As the normal outdoor pool is closed for tile repairs until late September we will be using the indoor diving pool which will be ideal for buoyancy and trim practicals as it is 5m deep!

**These venues are busy and in great demand. Please turn up on time, set up promptly and make the best use of the time available**
