Venue: Toowong Library, Toowong. For those unable to attend in person, a Zoom link will also be sent out nearer the time.

Food: Pizza and saladswill be provided for the AGM. BYO drinks.

Call for Nominations

You are invited and encouraged to nominate for the Committee positions of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Diving Officer

Please send nominations in writing, proposed and duly seconded by a financial member, ideally by 22nd July 2023. However, nominations can also be made during the meeting.

Additional voting Committee roles include Equipment Officer, Membership Officer, Training Officer, Welfare Officer, Social Secretary and Systems Officer. Please consider volunteering for these roles.

Motions

If you want to move a motion(s) for consideration at the AGM it needs to be received by me ( Secretary) by 22nd July 2023 (i.e. 10 days prior to the AGM) at the latest. 

Please send motions in writing, proposed and duly seconded by a financial member.

Voting

Only financial members of BSAC and the branch may vote. Please ensure you have paid your 2023/24 local branch fees & your BSAC membership is up to date.

Members may vote by proxy if you are unable to attend the meeting.
