Diver grades: Suitable for all diver grades but conditions can sometimes include strong current, and swell on the surface can make life a bit difficult. Sites will be chosen on the day - probably shallow - but Ocean Diver (or equivalent) certification, will need to dive within your depth limits (but it should still be a great dive)!
Meeting and departure times: Meeting time to be worked out by you.... Note, the water taxi departs at 10:55 promptly. You might have to park a far distance from the water taxi, so please factor dropping your kit off, driving to park your car and then walking back to the water taxi boarding area into your arrival time. It won't wait for you so don't be late!
Food: Snacks are provided on the boat by Manta Lodge. Given the time of day it might be prudent to bring some lunch with you as there may not be time to get any food until after the diving. Divers with special dietary requirements will need to cater for themselves.
Equipment: Full SCUBA gear, including knife/line cutter, whistle, DSMB and reel and snorkel. Torch / cameras are optional!
Equipment hire: Cylinders and weights will be booked on this registration. Manta Lodge hires out other equipment but this will need to be organised by you directly with them. If you need to hire club equipment, please do so via the club website.

Costs: The base cost is $192.50 for 2 dives including aluminium cylinders (air), weights and the water taxi. Nitrox and steel cylinders are available at extra cost. To reserve your place please register and then pay the DO. If you pull out of the trip after this it is up to you to find a suitable replacement.
Waitlist: If the trip is fully booked on the website we might be able to get more spots. if not, you can be put on a waitlist (in-case of drop outs or more spaces being added). Please send me an email gavin@wills.net.au.
