A club pool day that is free to members.

Theme: This pool day will concentrate on the rescue element of BSAC training.  Skills such as controlled buoyant lift, rescue breaths, tow and alternate air source ascent will be practised.  We will follow this rescue pool day with an Open Water Dive to the Tweed river.

Time: In the water at 9am sharp! (thus please arrive at 8:15 to allow kit drop off, parking of cars and general faffing around)!
