Tweed River Rescue Skills and Barbecue
The Tweed offers a sheltered environment to refresh skills or have a pleasant dive. It's perfect for all grades of divers.
We are planning on doing some Sports Diver rescue training, but anyone else is welcome to come along and participate in rescue drills or do your own thing. This is a good opportunity for any Dive Leader trainees who need to do rescue management scenarios.
Date and Time: Meeting time TBC depending on who signs up and what you want to do. If you are just joining us to go diving high tide is 11am QLD time (12pm NSW time). You know how much time you personally need to kit up :-)
HW: High water on this date is 11:39 EST (Queensland time). Slack water occurs after this.
Meeting Point: The car park near the stairs, Coral Street, Tweed Heads, NSW (see map on the 'Resources' page of the website)
Organiser: Gavin Wills
