Rescheduled Dive Club Holiday - 13 to 20 August 2023
Includes:
- Return flights Brisbane - Port Vila.
- Return airport transfers in Vanuatu.
- 7 nights’ twin room accommodation with shared facilities.
- Continental breakfasts, no other meals included.
- 6 boat-dive package with Hideaway Island resort
- 4 boat-dive package with Big Blue dive
- One glass bottom boat ride.
- Use of snorkel gear, SUP and kayaks.

Diver grades: This trip is suitable for all diver grades.
Equipment: TBC - All SCUBA equipment can be hired. However, you may want to bring;
- Mask, fins, snorkel, BCD, regulators, tropical dive suit.
- Tanks, weights, dive guide included in the price.
- Divers must carry knife/line cutter, noise maker, DSMB and dive computer.
Dive Operator: Split between Hideaway Island dive shop (6 dives) and Big Blue (4 dives) (http://www.bigbluevanuatu.com/).
Costs: The cost will be approximately $1,895, pending final number of attendees, flights and exchange rate. It is advisable to book asap to nab the cheaper flights..
Deposit is $500, payable after registration to confirm your place on the trip. To reserve your place please register on the BSAC website and then fill in the Dive Adventures online booking form (link will be emailed to you once the Brisbane BSAC event registration has been completed). Email the treasurer@brisbane-bsac.com to confirm where you should make the $500 deposit. Direct bank transfers will not incur additional charges, credit card payments will incur a fee.
All costs are inclusive, except lunch, dinner, and sundries such as bottled water, alcohol etc.
Diving: This is warm water diving, with an average water temperature of around 26 degrees centigrade in August. Bring a suitable dive suit. It is better to be too warm than too cold!
The dives will all be boat dives, so don't forget sea sickness medication if required!
The various dive sites can be seen on the dive operators websites. We will try to get a mix of dive sites to cater for all experience levels.
Visas: Visitor visas not currently required for most passport holders - including Australia, NZ, UK. It is your responsibility to check that you are ok to travel.
