Event information
This event has passed.
The Tweed offers a sheltered environment to refresh skills or just for a dive up the river. Two members will be receiving training. Anyone else is welcome to come along and do your own thing or, if anyone else would like training let me know. It will be a case of BYO instructor.
Average depth is around 8m so it's perfect for all grades of divers.
Meeting places and times - All Times are Queensland times:
Meet at the Southern carpark near Jack Evans Harbour. Please arrive and be unloaded and kitted up for the 13:30 briefing. In water around high tide at13:45. I'm estimating slack around 14:15, but we will assess actual current and conditions at the time.
Arrival time: You know how long it takes for you to kit up. Subtract this from the 13:30 briefing time.
See map.
